If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide supporting photos or videos
1.2 Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- We will arrange a replacement at no extra charge
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products past the reporting period
- Perishable goods unless damaged on arrival

- If approved, refund is processed within 7 business days via original payment method
