If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide supporting photos or videos

1.2 Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra charge

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products past the reporting period
  • Perishable goods unless damaged on arrival

  • Our support team assesses the request
  • If approved, refund is processed within 7 business days via original payment method

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch
